Migrating to modernized, microservices platform
Ascendion allied with clients to migrate infrastructure from IBM WebSphere to AWS leveraging auto scaling, Aurora DB and Redis Cache. The front-end of the application was rewritten in Angular making the UI responsive. The application shifted from 2-tier to microservices based 3-tier architecture. CI/CD automation was implemented in the application leading to drastic quality and performance improvements and minimizes the risk and time for deployments/releases
